Fitness tip:

I've been lifting weights but find that whenever I do them standing up or sitting down I tend to use bad form. Also have a tendency to skip it altogether because it just isn't any fun. But lately I've found that if I leave the dumbells on the nightstand next to the bed I'm not only more likely to use them, but also I use proper form while lying down. No more injuries or pulled muscles! ٩(˘◡˘)۶

So I've been lifting weights while lying in bed at night right before going to sleep. And it's much more fun this way! Hasn't disturbed my sleep at all, and may even be helping me sleep better. Of course, I don't work up a sweat or anything that intense, just a nice, relaxing few minutes of lifting. So far I haven't injured myself, so we'll see how long that lasts. (♯^.^ღ) *crosses fingers*
