Just finished The Well of Loneliness by Radclyffe Hall. Engaging story about a lesbian relationship during World War I, though I wish my copy didn't have so many OCR errors. Made it impossible to understand in some places. Grrrrrrr. It's kind of funny that the author is pleading for tolerance and acceptance for homosexuals, yet she makes racist comments about blacks and stereotyped generalizations about Germans, the French, the Irish, the Welsh, etc. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Some of my favorite lines... )

About Me

Like everyone else on the planet, I'm a self-published writer. My latest project is the fictional biography of four-year-old Dorothy / Dorcas Good, who was traumatized by accusations of witchcraft during the Salem witch trials.
